Weinstein

This logo totally kills it. Its some sort of fancy iron on, that is to say that the design sticks off the shirt a bit, so it pops out extra. Weinstein the is notorious NYU freshman dorm, single narrow hallways, tiny rooms with bare linoluem floors, flourescent lights, and white-painted cinderblock walls. Pretty hellish, but when you live there you pay your dues. Its a lot more social than other dorms as everyone is hanging out in the halls all the time. Plus there are two dining halls in the building, and the location is fantastic. I remember they were holding a contest to design the Weinstein shirt for that year, and I kept reminding myself to submit something. I never got around to it, and kept waiting for it to come out so I could be really dissapointed. What a pleasant surprise. Some friends who had lived in Weinstein the previous year had me get them one cause they liked it so much. One time I was eating at Pizzeria and some crazy looking 70 something year old lady came in and demanded "Who's Weinstein??" I explained to her it was the name of my dorm, cinder block walls, etc. She told me Joe Weinstein was her father. Crazy. Then she walked right out.
